This journal provides open access to all its content on the principle that making scholarly resources freely available to the public promotes greater readership, exchange of knowledge and citation of an author’s work. This means that the full texts of the articles in this journal are freely available without charge for the user to read, download and print without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
