Katarzyna Szmigiero is a graduate of Łódź University and is currently employed as an Assistant Professor at Filia Akademii Świętokrzyskiej in Piotrków Trybunalski, where she teaches literature in English and literary theory. Her research interests include: Irish studies, New Zealand studies and relationships between representations of gender and madness.
