Daniel Nisa Cáceres holds a PhD in English Literature from the University of Seville. He is currently an English Lecturer in the Department of Philology and Translation at Pablo de Olavide University (Seville) and a member of the Research Group Comunicación Interlinguística e Interpretación Intercultural: Representaciones Identitarias en España. His research interests and latest publications focus on contemporary women’s rewritings of the classical tradition, as well as female-authored speculative and neo-Victorian fiction, literary translation and reception studies.
