Dianne McPhelim is a doctoral student at Dundalk Institute of Technology and a recipient of a Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship. Her current research examines the historical diaries of Mamo McDonald, a pioneering advocate for women’s rights in Ireland. A graduate from ATU Sligo in Creative Writing and Literature, Dianne holds an MA in Modern Literature from Mary Immaculate College, Limerick.
